“I was introduced to Bikram Yoga in high school, began practicing regularly after university and became a teacher in the fall of 2013. Yoga, Bikram in particular, is a major part of my life. It gives me the physical and emotional strength I need to deal with life’s many inevitable changes. I may take a break from my practice, or try different yoga/exercise styles once in awhile, but it always feels like I’ve come ‘home’ when I’m back in the hot room. Nothing pushes me harder or makes me sweat more than Bikram Yoga.
I am also a Yoga Alliance 200 hour certified hatha yoga instructor with additional training in both Yin and Restorative yoga. I am particularly fond of Yin Yoga, which I believe is an excellent compliment to Bikram.”
